Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Digital/FPGA/CPLD Design & Testing
• Experience working with DO-254 Standard Compliance Documentation
• Experience with Aerospace/Avionics Systems & Products
• Work closely with HW design engineers and assist with design of custom PCBs based on FPGA/SoC devices
• Assist with board "bring-up" and integration of custom FPGA-based electronics.
• Work closely with Embedded FW and SW Engineers
• Test and validate FPGA designs against specifications
• Verilog and VHDL proficiency (required)
• FPGA simulation tools (ModelSim, VCS)
• FPGA Synthesis tools (Microsemi Libero, Intel Quartus, Xilinx Vivado)

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aviation components and systems, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing activities.
• Design and implement production layouts, assembly lines, and workstations, considering ergonomic principles and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Create detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation to guide production personnel.

• Lead and manage the CAPA process for catheter-related products, from initiation to closure, in accordance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other applicable standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues or non-conformances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and other departments to gather relevant information and drive effective corrective actions.
• Develop and implement robust CAPA plans, including defining action items, timelines, and responsible parties.

• Perform risk assessments to evaluate the impact of quality issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.

Primary responsibilities of the Group Benefits Agent include, but are not limited to;

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Active Oregon resident Health & Life license;
• Previous experience with Group Benefit sales and insurance;
• Familiarity with Health carriers and coverages;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner;
• Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed; and
• Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients.

• • Performs work as outlined on repair order such as oil change, tune-ups, checking/replacing fluid levels, changing of various types of filters and tire rotation with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
