Primary responsibilities of the Group Benefits Agent include, but are not limited to;


  • Working with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for the client on a case-by-case basis;
  • Respond to incoming leads & quotes regarding Group Benefit plans and place the appropriate coverage;
  • Refer new & existing customers to other products that Company offers;
  • Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the group policy writing and renewal processes;

Ideal candidate will possess the following:


  • Active Oregon resident Health & Life license;
  • Previous experience with Group Benefit sales and insurance;
  • Familiarity with Health carriers and coverages;
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner;
  • Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed; and
  • Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients.

Your Duties:

  • Provide copies, documents and checks to customers and Realtors after settlement
  • A pipeline of approximately thirty (30) settlements per month
